After more than 35 years leading billion-dollar operations, overhauling global systems, and delivering measurable results, I founded DAHS Global Advisory to help executive leaders make decisions that strengthen their businesses, develop their people, and position their organizations for growth.

At Pratt & Whitney, I led a $1.2 billion portfolio of aftermarket operations across North America and Turkey, with approximately 1,500 employees. I led business realignment planning and identified more than $200 million in potential cost and footprint synergies. At Stanley Black & Decker, I led 230 EHS professionals, redesigned the global organization, and launched new management systems and digital tools. My teams reduced serious injuries by more than 40%.

Across aerospace, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and electronics recycling, I’ve built teams, overhauled systems, and guided organizations through disruption.
